Privacy Policy

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you complete our claim review form, request a callback, or contact us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, property type, the type and status of your loss or claim, any notes you share, and any documents or photos you choose to upload (for example, damage photos, your insurance policy, or an adjuster's report).

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics providers automatically collect limited technical data, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the site that referred you, using cookies and similar technologies.

Call and message records. If you call us, or we call or text you, we may keep records of those communications, including phone numbers, dates, and notes.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your request and have a licensed public adjuster follow up with you
  • To evaluate, document, and pursue your insurance claim if you engage us
  • To contact you by phone, text, or email about your inquiry or claim
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Site
  • To comply with our legal, licensing, and regulatory obligations
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Site

Calls, texts, and communications consent

By providing your phone number and submitting our form, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Vanguard Claims Solutions at the number you provide, including by automated dialing technology or a prerecorded or artificial voice, about your inquiry and your claim. Consent is not a condition of any service you purchase from us. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop calling by telling us during any call or by emailing office@vanguard-claims.net.

Cookies and analytics

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the Site may not work as intended without them. To learn how Google handles data, see Google's Privacy and Terms.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business and serve you:

  • Service providers who host the Site, deliver our email, provide analytics, or help us manage communications and claims, under agreements that limit their use of your data
  • Insurance carriers, contractors, and other parties as necessary to evaluate or pursue your claim, but only if you engage us and authorize that work
  • Legal and regulatory authorities when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or property
  • A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets

How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide our services, and meet our legal, licensing, insurance, and recordkeeping obligations. Public adjusting records may be retained for the periods required under Florida and South Carolina law. When we no longer need your information, we securely delete or de-identify it.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet or method of storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending highly sensitive information through unsecured channels.
