Terms of Service

Informational purpose only

The Site provides general information about public adjusting and our services. It does not constitute legal, insurance, or financial advice, or a recommendation about any specific claim, and using the Site does not create a public adjuster, agency, or other professional relationship between you and Vanguard. That relationship begins only when you and Vanguard sign a written contingency agreement.

No guarantee of results

Insurance claim outcomes depend on the facts of each claim, the terms of your policy, and other factors outside our control. Any examples, reviews, or figures described on the Site are illustrative and do not guarantee or predict the outcome of your claim. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

Licensing

Vanguard Claims Solutions is a licensed public adjusting firm. Public adjusting services are offered only in states where we are licensed and only under a separate written contingency agreement. Our designated primary adjuster is Andrew Pichardo, Florida Public Adjuster License #W493213; South Carolina Public Adjuster License #18873906.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vanguard Claims Solutions and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise. If we provide public adjusting services to you in another state where we are licensed, the law of that state may govern matters specific to those services and to your written agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
